Behind The Listings is a 186-page digital PDF ebook. No physical item is shipped. Delivery is instant — the download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to your checkout address.

Refunds — seven-day window

If the book doesn't change how you read at least one listing, one MOU clause, or one agent conversation, write to us within seven days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price.

• No form, no questionnaire, no "prove you read it."
• One sentence by email is enough.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After seven days, the sale is final.

Licence and use

Your purchase is for personal use. The book may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, posted publicly, or shared — in whole or in part — without prior written permission.
